Mr. Corcoran was admitted to practice law in 1977 and is the sole shareholder of Robert T. Corcoran, P.C. where he has assembled a team of the brightest attorneys in the area of family law. A Member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Attorney Certification, Matrimonial Law Committee, and a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Immediate Past President of its New Jersey Chapter, the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America) and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America – New Jersey. He has published and lectured extensively and is a contributor to the widely acclaimed “New Jersey Practice” series, having authored a chapter devoted to the effect of federal laws on the practice of family law.
